Homogeneous throughout its thickness

The POLYFIN membrane's top and bottom layers are chemically identical.

• Unlike its competitors, POLYFIN contains no recycled materials in either the bottom or top layers.
• It offers UV protection throughout the entire thickness of the material.

• When purchasing POLYFIN, the customer receives a quality material with a thickness ranging from 1.5 to 2.0 mm. The vast majority of competing materials in Ukraine have a ‘useful’ thickness of just 0.2–0.3 mm, or half the total thickness. For example, with a thickness of 1.5 mm, the customer receives only 0.75 mm of material made from raw material with UV protection!

Material with low flammability

• POLYFIN is classified as flammability class G2 and is fire-resistant (compared to competing TPO membranes, which are classified as flammability class G4).

Roll width: 35–40% wider than competing products

• The width of the rolls is 2.10 m – 40% wider than 1.50 m.
• The savings on overlaps amount to around 5% (for 10,000 square metres, this equates to a saving of 500 square metres).
• Fewer welds = less labour and fewer potential leak points (less human error in the process).
• We can supply membranes of any width to suit the project’s requirements.
