What is RESITRIX?
RESITRIX is a versatile composite roofing and waterproofing membrane combining the advantages of synthetic EPDM rubber and high-quality polymer-modified bitumen. The membrane is based on EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer) polymer reinforced with a fiberglass mesh. The underside of the material is a polymer-modified bitumen layer covered with a fine sand powder that prevents the layers from sticking together in the roll.
What is special about RESITRIX?
The structure of the material already provides an answer to this question: the combination of EPDM and bitumen gives the membrane unique properties, making it a great find for both roofers and their customers. The surface of the EPDM layer has a special coating that ensures the dissipation of heat and light energy and further protects the material. Due to its high strength, RESITRIX membranes are used in waterproofing of objects exposed to significant external influences. Thanks to the polymer bitumen layer, the membrane can be installed on a variety of surfaces using handheld welding. RESITRIX can be applied for waterproofing flat, sloped and exploited roofs, as well as foundations, rooms with high humidity, underground engineering structures and other constructions.
RESITRIX is also the only product suitable for performing seams. Therefore, unlike other roofing membranes, RESITRIX installation does not require any special elements to protect corners, joints, pipes, etc., as any joints can be made from the membrane itself using a handheld welding machine.

- Reliability and certification. RESITRIX is EPD-certified (environmental product declaration), meets the requirements of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council), and has the Green Label certificate of Singapore.
The Netherlands Institute for Building Biology and Ecology (NIBE) has recognized RESITRIX as one of the best products for use on flat roofs in terms of environmental and human health safety.
