Boryspil Terminal D
Kyiv International Airport
Boryspil is an international airport, the larger part is located in the village of Hora, Boryspil District, where its location is officially registered, the smaller part is located in the city of Boryspil, Kyiv Oblast, the largest airport in Ukraine in terms of traffic volumes.

It is located 18.5 km east of the entrance to Kyiv (Kharkiv Square and Boryspilska metro station), in the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region. It serves 62% of Ukraine's international air traffic. In 2016, the airport served 8.6 million passengers. On the day of the final match of the Euro 2012 soccer championship, July 1, Boryspil International Airport served 630 flights (358 for arrivals and 272 for departures). The absolute daily maximum of passengers who used the services of the airport amounted to 39,317 people. From Boryspil Airport 43 international and 9 Ukrainian airlines operate regular flights to 95 destinations (83 international and 12 domestic).
The airfield is capable of receiving any type of aircraft.
Terminal "D"
The terminal is the largest in Ukraine. It was opened on May 28, 2012. After opening it served passengers of international flights.
Throughput capacity: the terminal can provide passenger traffic at the level of 10 million per year (3000 passengers/hour (for departures), and the same amount for arrivals).
In the check-in areas of the new terminal complex a large number of check-in counters (60 and 6 for web-registration), 18 points of aviation security control, 28 passport control booths are provided, which will avoid queues. Elevators, escalators and travelators have been installed for passengers' convenience. The terminal is equipped with 11 fixed aerobridges with an automated docking system (for boarding/disembarkation), which allow to simultaneously receive six Boeing 747 and five Boeing 737 airplanes. The flight waiting gallery in the departure area is 870 meters long.
The terminal contains a VIP lounge, which meets the needs of the most demanding connoisseurs of comfort and quality service.
All additional services of the airport are located on the territory of the Terminal: cafes, bars, bank branches and duty-free stores. On October 19, 2013 Boryspil Airport started cooperation with Gebr Heinemann, a major global operator of duty-free stores serving 54 international airports in 22 countries. The cooperation allowed to increase the level of passenger service and provide a number of additional services.
After the closure of Terminal B, it serves both international and domestic transportation, so transit passengers do not have to pass through control.
