LINDEN RESIDENCE is an elite residential real estate project in the heart of Kyiv. The design was carried out by one of the leading architectural bureaus in Ukraine – A. Pashenko Architects.
LINDEN RESIDENCE is located in Lypky, the most prestigious and expensive Kyiv district, in close proximity to the government quarter. The building's architecture is inspiring and harmoniously fits into the unique atmosphere of this area.

Roof construction specifics
The flat exploitable roof surface of the Linden Luxury Residence not only adds a zest to the building, but also provides additional space for relaxation. The roof has a full-fledged lounge area with live trees and places for future residents to relax. The park area offers a gorgeous view of Khreshchatyk, Maidan, the House of Chimeras, St. Michael's and St. Volodymyr's Cathedrals, and many other historical sights of the city.
The terraces on the upper floors and the transparent lancet "crown" that completes the roof will make the building's structure look lighter.
Installation of an exploited roof by EUROROOFING
EUROROOFING, a highly specialized company, was chosen as the contractor to implement the designers' and architects' ideas in terms of developing design solutions, selecting the materials to be used and implementing the roof.
Protecting the roof of LINDEN RESIDENCE is a responsible and interesting task for our company. The durability and safety of the entire building structure directly depends on the waterproofing layer's reliability and resistance to various environmental impacts and loads.
In September 2019, the installation of the roof is scheduled to begin.
The first stage is the installation of polyurethane-bitumen seamless waterproofing.
Polyurethane bitumen is a liquid membrane that has unique properties: thixotropy and elongation from 600 to 2000%. It is an elastic roof protection that works under all extreme loads, except UV. Therefore, it can only be used in hidden waterproofing systems.
In the case of this project, it is an additional layer that protects the facility in case of damage to the main upper layer of membrane.

When applied, the polyurethane-bitumen membrane requires certain weather and temperature conditions, which is why the work is carried out with breaks.
